Environmental group claims turn on monitoring data. Where discharge or emissions records exist, the class can be drawn precisely and loss modelled against exposure; where they do not, the first application is usually for disclosure.
We act for residents, landowners and businesses, and we work with the community organisations already documenting the harm rather than around them.
