How the firm handles claimant and enquirer data.
Claimant data is processed to run a claim and for no other purpose. Records are encrypted at rest, held in the jurisdiction of the proceedings, and retained for six years after an action concludes in accordance with our regulatory obligations.
This is a demonstration environment. No personal data submitted through these forms is transmitted to any server: everything you enter is held in your own browser and can be cleared at any time from the footer of the claimant portal.
