ESG claims
Sustainability statements are commercial statements, and they are actionable when they are wrong.

Live ESG matters
Netherlands and England, 31 July 2026.
ESG litigation has moved from campaign to pleading. Claims now proceed on ordinary grounds — misleading advertising, prospectus liability, duty of care in a supply chain — with sustainability reporting as the evidence rather than the theory.
We advise investors and consumers, and we decline claims where the statement complained of is aspirational rather than factual.
